# Privacy Policy

This policy describes what data the Solitaire app collects, how we use it,
and your rights.
## What we collect
We use Firebase Analytics (Google) to understand how the app is used.
Events we log:
- Locked-theme preview lifecycle (which themes you previewed and for how long)
- In-app purchase events (which Vibe+ tier was purchased, in what currency)
- Standard app lifecycle (sessions, screen views) — collected automatically
by Firebase
Firebase may collect device-level technical data: app version, OS version,
device model, language, and country (inferred from IP, not GPS). Firebase
assigns a pseudonymous installation ID that resets when you reinstall the
app or reset your advertising identifier.
## What we do NOT collect
- Your name, email, or any contact information
- Your precise location
- Your IDFA (we do not link Apple's AdSupport framework — our
`PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy` declares `NSPrivacyTracking=NO`)
- Your gameplay content or saved-game state (these stay on your device)
## In-app purchases
All purchases are processed by Apple via the App Store. We do not see your
payment information. A transaction identifier is stored on your device to
display your entitlement (e.g. "Vibe+ Lifetime"). Subscription status is
validated via Apple's StoreKit framework; we do not transmit receipts to
our servers.
## Third-party services
- **Google (Firebase Analytics)** — usage analytics
- **Apple (StoreKit)** — all purchase processing and entitlement storage
## Your rights
- Delete the app to remove all locally-stored data.
- Email privacy@theapptower.com to request access to, or deletion of, any
data we hold linked to your installation ID.
## Children
Solitaire is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect
personal information from children.
## Changes
We may revise this policy. Material changes update the Effective date above.
